Today I ran my 220s first, before any other biking or running. I was comfortably under 40 seconds on my first two (37 and 38).


Sub 5 at 50 miler said...

Not bad! Last year when I was training for the mile, I was only in the 36 or 37 second range for 200s (not 220s).

Great! good to see you running fast again....even if it's for only 220 at a time, you're running a sub 5-minute mile pace! Hope to see you do an 880 time trial soon! (or even a mile).
