This is peripherally about exercise, because we are thinking about doing a back-country canoe trip next fall. I had some fun satisfying my camping stove fetish by testing out a "pop can" alcohol stove in the back yard. Of course I made a video: Pop Can Stove Experiment.

The most boring video of all time. I had to force myself to watch the whole thing and almost gave up a few times. But, out of love for Chris, I hung in there.
And since when did Chris start calling soda pop? Is that something he picked up in grad school at Wisconsin?
BTW, I've never seen freeze-dried food before and I hope to never see it again
