We used to run for Coach Gary Truce at SUNY Binghamton a long time ago! We're over a half-century old now (and yikes, many of us are over 65). BUT we still run, bike, ROW, XC ski, walk, and work out! Please join us, whether or not you ran for Gary!

Paul Ryan's Marathon Time
Just when you thought politics could not get any sillier, it did. And who would have thought it would involve marathon running?
I've been hearing about this! Ludicrous! He is obviously not a real runner, not knowing the difference between a 2:50s marathon (Eric's PR) and a 4 hour marathon. I had not heard his interview explaining himself, which was also ridiculous. One error is that is said a 3 hour marathon is "crazy fast." In our day, 3 hours was simply a target so that you were above a recreational jogger. Above 3, recreational, below 3, not recreational. Maybe we were better than we we thought we were?
