It's springtime in the northeast, finally! 70 degrees today, ran in shorts, tank top. 6.35 miles on trails and rolling hills, 8:35/mile average pace, longest run of the year to date!
If the weather holds, maybe I can finally get out for a mile time trial! Usually I do my first one in late March or early April!
We used to run for Coach Gary Truce at SUNY Binghamton a long time ago! We're over a half-century old now (and yikes, many of us are over 65). BUT we still run, bike, ROW, XC ski, walk, and work out! Please join us, whether or not you ran for Gary!
