We used to run for Coach Gary Truce at SUNY Binghamton a long time ago! We're over a half-century old now (and yikes, many of us are over 65). BUT we still run, bike, ROW, XC ski, walk, and work out! Please join us, whether or not you ran for Gary!

Spring Training
It's been a long time! Spring training is beginning, very late! I'm out of shape! Ran 4.3 miles a couple days ago on trails, about 8:35 pace......hope everyone else is running more than that! (or biking, rowing, etc.).
We, my wife and I, have been exercising all winter. The weather was so mild that we did no cross country skiing, but managed to bike a few days every month.
We took a spring vacation to southwest Pennsylvania to ride the Great Allegheny Passage. That should have helped, but Kim sprained her ankle on the last day, so we've been set back a bit.
We don't have any very tough trips planned, but we are going to do a self supported bike tour where we camp. So that means heavy bikes with camping gear. Should be interesting...
